"I cannot say enough great things about Friscos Catering. I called all over Naples to find the right caterer for my son's wedding. They stayed within our budget without the cost of taste. They took us from start to finish, what they were doing, what they could do, how we could do better, they never missed a step. Out of all the things we planned, they were the best thing. We wanted to make sure when people left our wedding, that they would remember the food and that is exactly what happened. Our guest could not stop talking about how great the food was and I am talking lots of hungry firefighters. Eric and Bruce stayed in contact with me the whole time. The one thing I did not have to worry about was the food, from set-up, to serving, and break down, they took care of everything. When we chose Frisco's catering for our daughter's wedding we had no idea how easy they would make the planning.  The professionalism and organization from start to finish was a huge relief.  With so many other things to worry about with planning a wedding, knowing the food was taken care of certainly reduced the stress.  The menu selection was vast and the affordability amazing.  They even gave us a military discount for our Air Force Son-in-Law.  Way to give back to our servicemen!  I will gladly refer them to anyone I might encounter who is looking for an honest and fair caterer, not to mention the food was delicious!

The food was excellent, everyone was so professional and helpful with ANYTHING that we needed! From the champagne toast, to the cake cutting, everything was fantastic. We got the Classic Italian, but substituted with Baked Ziti which fit perfectly to suit our vegetarian guests. We have been recommending you all to everyone that we hear needs a caterer. "Frisco's was amazing! I have recommended them to ANYONE who has asked us about our catering for the wedding! We talked to Eric, who owns the company, many many times throughout the planning process! Him and his brother drove 45 minutes to meet my mom and me to go over everything. My mom is deathly allergic to seafood and my grandma is allergic to gluten, and they totally accommodated us! We had responses back from them within hours usually! And they helped us save money by telling us the best places to go for linens, dishes, etc. After the wedding, everyone was complimenting on the service that the caterers provided and were very impressed. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs catering services give them a call!"

I had a tight budget and time frame. Eric gracefully accepted my challenge and sent me some samples to try. Done. Not only was the food incredible, but he and his team catered to my specific party. He walked me through each step with detail, from the menu, to the linens, the colors, the special dietary requests, timing, and more. It was a breeze.
